Dance is held every Tuesday (Senior) and Wednesday (Junior) after school and is open to everyone - those who would like to compete and those who just want to join in the fun!
Within Regent House Dance we run auditions each year to select our competition teams - Junior Competition Team (Year 8-10) and Senior Competition Team (Year 11-14) - that compete at the Northern Ireland Aerobic and Dance Championships (NICMAC) and the Ulster Fitness and Dance Championships each year.
Our teams are hugely successful, placing in solo, duet, trio and team categories every year.
