STEMthuasists Everywhere
At the end of last term we took science "on the road" to a number of our feeder primary schools.
The day was split into three sessions where the pupils got to grips with some detective chromatography, exploding canisters and the physics of flying, all of which extended their own school topic of "water". The pupils had a great time and definitely learnt a few things, the main one being "Science is awesome!!!”
We would like to thank the schools and pupils involved and SEELB for funding the STEM project. Check out the link for the STEM curriculum in Northern Ireland.
