2015 UK Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge
A number of our Computing and ICT pupils participated in the 2015 UK Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge. This is a 40 minute online, problem-solving challenge aimed at raising awareness of Computer Science in a fun and rewarding way.
Over 55,000 UK pupils participated in the on-line competition during the week beginning 9th November 2015 (World Bebras week)
In the Intermediate category Tom Myles (10A) achieved 184/200 received a ‘Best in School’ certificate.
In the Senior category (Y11/Y12) Aaron Robinson Y11 achieved 184/200 and received a ‘Best in School’ certificate.
In the Elite category (Y13/Y14) Matthew McGowan achieved 162/200 and received a ‘Best in School’ certificate.
