Lucy continues her Karate Success

Lucy represented Northern Ireland at the 14th Carlow International Open Karate Competition this weekend where she came away with a haul of medals and outshone herself. She was up against competitors from England, Scotland, Wales, Czech Republic and Ireland at this prestigious event.

 She fought in both individual and international team events in Kumite as well as Kata and came away with 1 gold, 2 silver, 1 bronze and a trophy for runner up.

 Her next competition is on 15th November at the European Championships in Portugal where again she'll be representing Northern Ireland.
