Regent House at the Inter-Provincial Water Polo Tournament

This weekend past two of our pupils were selected to play for their respective Ulster team.

Madelyn Calvert was selected to play for the Ulster u17 team. They played Scotland and Leinster twice only losing one match and missing out on a gold medal on goal difference.

Ulster 17 – Leinster 16 / Ulster 18 – Scotland 9 / Ulster 13 – Leinster 15 / Ulster 11 – Scotland 4

Anna Reilly played for the Ulster u15 team. The team won all the group matches but lost by 1 goal in the final against Connacht.

Ulster 14 – Leinster 4 / Ulster 12 – Connacht 4 / Ulster 9 – Scotland 3 / Ulster 4 – Connacht 5

Both teams accepted their silver medals graciously and all the athletes had a fantastic weekend of sport.
