The 2019 Tennis season for the boys tennis club was full of highs and lows!
The Senior tennis team beat Omagh towns Christian Brothers Grammar School in the first round 6-0. They then went on to defeat Friends School Lisburn in the Quarter – Finals 6-0, only to be defeated by a strong RBAI team in the Semi-Finals of the Schools Cup 0-6. The squad consisted of Ross Jenkinson, (Captain) Adam McGrath, Jared Martin, Patrick Mayne, Charlie McClements, Stephen McIlorum and John Morrison.
The Junior Boys tennis team won their group comfortably to progress to the Semi-Finals beating Killicomaine, Banbridge, St. Michaels Enniskillen and Wallace HS. They then went to Ballymena Academy and beat Coleraine in straight games 6-0 progressing to the final for the 2nd year in row. Unfortunately CCB where too strong on the day and won 4-2. The squad consisted of Max Jenkinson, Noah Cotter, Oliver Montorio and (Captain) Braiden McGrath.
