Sophie gets selected for Elite Sports Academy

Congratulations to Sophie McGrath in Year 13 in her selection for the Ulster Elite Camogie Academy.

The girls were presented with their Ulster Tops by Ulster GPO Ryan Gaffney and Armagh Camogie player Ciara MJ Donnelly who both offered great words of advice to all the players.

The key message throughout the Academy was that "one day, one performance, one game, one decision does not define you as a person or a player. Your path is decided by your actions and behaviours.. you dictate this... if you take a wrong turn, you can easily get back on the right path again".

Well done Sophie for your selction and making the most of the opportunity.
