Swimming Successes!

The Ulster Schools’ Relay Gala was held on Friday afternoon at Campbell College and our swimmers had a number of successes.

In the Open Mixed Medley Team Relay; the Regent ‘A’ Team consisting of Megan McGonigle, Jack Wilson, Rebecca Reid and Adam Barnes finished in 3rd place.

The Junior Boys’ Relay team of Zach Balfour, Ruarai Glynn, Adam Barnes and Joshua Creaney finished in 5th place in the Medley Team Relay and 3rd in the Freestyle Team Relay. 

The Junior Girls’ Relay team of Brooke Simpson, Cassie Huddleston, Erika Stanfield, Naeve Pountney, Alyssa Boyd and Sofie Heasley finished 2nd in the Medley Team Relay and 1st in the Freestyle Team Relay.

The Senior Girls’ Relay team of Megan McGonigle, Rebecca Reid, Madelyn Calvert and Katie McGonigle came 2nd in the Medley Team Relay and 3rd in the Freestyle Team Relay. 

In the Open Girls’ 6 x 50m Relay the girls finished in 1st place.  

Well done to all the swimmers on a fantastic set of results!
